When founder Hy Bergel, a personal injury law pioneer who has won multi-million dollar awards for personal injury victims, began his small practice more than 45 years ago, he never imagined that it would become a labour of love for two generations. With a strong desire to help others, sons Andrew and Ilan grew up wanting nothing except to be lawyers like their father. Upon graduation, son-in-law Jeremy Magence joined the practice, and soon after, Bergel Magence LLP was founded.
